Description: When we tried loading the filament, it was not going inside the nozzle. Tried all the techniques but no result.

Unassembled Makerbot smart extruder

Action: Unassembled Makerbot smart extruder and verified all internal parts. Found a small piece of filament stuck inside the filament path. Above image shows the stuck piece and part. Remove that filament and the printer works fine. Check the below video to see how to unassemble Makerbot smart extruder.
