Description: While printing with ABS material in Creatbot 3D printer, after some time the print gets stopped and max. temperature error will appear.
Action: Heater Cartridge which is used for heating the nozzle block generates heat in a sinusoidal way. For example if we set the temp as 255 deg C in slicing software it will try to maintain that temperature by increasing or reducing of temperature of the hot-end. When nozzle temperature increases above 260 degrees centigrade, printer stops printing and display Max. Temp error. To solve this issue, turn off the printer for 10 to 15 min to reduce the temperature of hotend or reduce the nozzle temperature after printing few layers.
