There are multiple reasons for filament not sticking onto the build plate
(a) The gap between nozzle and build plate is too big
(b) The build plate has not been leveled yet.
(c) Kapton tape has not been stuck on the build plate yet
(d) First layer height is too small, recommend setting is >= 0.2
